LEAD PASTOR COACHING GROUP
Join other Oklahoma Lead Pastors who are looking to grow as leaders and help their church reach and disciple more people for Jesus.
This is a monthly coaching group where you’ll receive personalized, actionable insights from me and the others in the room that will help you lead at the highest level.
Over the years, I've become increasingly committed to investing in other pastors and helping them lead well for the glory of God.
One way I do this is by inviting a small group of Lead Pastors into a room with me so that I can work with that church and pastor over an extended season.
The Lead Pastor Coaching Group is designed for Lead Pastors who believe there is more ahead for their church and are willing to face, with the help of others, whatever may be standing in the way.

Help you make the changes needed to move forward with confidence.
What will we do?
You will sit in a room with other Lead Pastors who understand the weight of pastoral leadership. You will receive strategic coaching and perspective from my personal experience leading through seasons of growth and change. This is a working room where we will bring real challenges, think deeply about what’s next for your church, and work toward clarity, wisdom, and specific next steps.
Why I can help
I have led churches through seasons of growth from fewer than 100 people to more than 1,000. People have invested in me and helped me at every stage. I hope to do the same for you. I do not have every answer. But I have walked this road, and I want to help you navigate what I've learned.
The Details
This is a strategic coaching group I lead for Lead Pastors of churches with 100-500 in weekly attendance who want to grow as leaders and help their church reach and disciple more people for Jesus. The group meets eight Thursday mornings each year: once a month from February through May and August through November.
Three commitments I ask every participant to make:
Attend all gatherings and miss only in the case of a family emergency
Protect confidentiality for the pastors in the room
Come prepared to honestly share the real challenges you are facing
The Outcome for You and Your Church
You will have greater clarity about what is holding your church back, greater wisdom about where God is leading your church next, and greater confidence about the steps you need to take to move forward. You will deepen your relationship with other pastors who are on the same journey.
